Faidhur Rahman Abdul Hadi joined PCA Law as a Partner in May 2022. Prior to the same he was partner at Messrs Azril & Associates, a position he held at that law firm for 3 out of his 5 years there, where he previously was employed as Legal Assistant with responsibility for everything from corporate to conveyancing and even civil litigation.
Before he joined Messrs. Azril & Associates, Faidhur Rahman was corporate legal assistant with one of the biggest and most well-known law firms in the country, Messrs Zul Rafique & Partners. There he was part of the energy and utilities practice group and worked on various agreements relating to the service and supply of energy to power plants in Malaysia.
Still before that he was with Messrs Edlin Ghazaly & Associates, where his stint in the corporate world began and where he was involved in various transactions from corporate finance transactions such as drafting and advising on the enforceability of cross border corporate guarantees to joint venture agreements involving proprietors of palm oil land in Sarawak with FELCRA.
Before his foray into corporate, he was with Messrs Tan & Ng where he learnt all the rudiments of conveyancing, specializing in particular with sub-sale properties, both with and without title. Faidhur Rahman did his chambering under Mr. Sukhdev Singh Randhawa of Messrs Azlan Shah Sukhdev & Co, where he was exposed to the basics of litigation. He started out as a federal counsel with the International Affairs Division of the Attorney-General’s Chambers of Malaysia.
