Paul Cheah Associates (PCA Law) was founded by Cheah Boon Hoe who was called to the Malaysian Bar in 1987. He is serving as a consultant in the firm where the firm is currently led by 2 partners – Yeap Kim Hock, and Kimberly Teoh Mei Lee. Each partner comes with their own expertise and experience in different fields of law.
