Kimberly Teoh Mei Lee joined PCALaw as a Partner in May 2022 and is experienced in a diverse range of corporate and commercial transactions as well as property-law related matters. Kimberly’s areas of practice presently span real estate matters, corporate and commercial law. She was involved in the documentations for the collaboration of companies in promoting solar energy as the nation’s primary source of energy generation.
She has experience in handling Developer’s project and sub-sales comprising of residential and commercial properties involving both local and corporate purchasers, and tenancies of housing and commercial properties. She has advised on data protection and assisted Developer on their website terms of use and personal data protection notices. She also has experience in the preparation of security documents and advising for drawdown for various financial institutions, both conventional and Islamic banking. She has handled probate, letter of administration as well as Will and Trust Deed drafting matters.
Kimberly Teoh holds a Bachelor of Laws (Hons) degree from the University of Oxford Brookes and was called to the Malaysian Bar in 2018. In everything she does, her focus is in creating pragmatic and innovative solutions for her clients.
